Forgot your PIN?

Reset in four short steps:

1. Enter the mobile number on your MyTappo profile.
2. Tap Send reset link.
3. Open the SMS we send to that mobile and/or the email to your recovery address — use the link within 30 minutes.
4. Choose a new 6-digit PIN and save.
