No. You receive a MyTappo NFC Tag, a Digital QR Code linked to your profile, and hosted MyTappo profile. No app for you or your visitors.
How do I use my MyTappo Tag?

Hold the top of the iPhone near your MyTappo Tag. A notification should appear. Tap the notification to open your profile.
Android
Hold the back of the phone near your MyTappo Tag. Most Android phones have the reader in the centre or upper back area. Your profile should open automatically.
If nothing happens
- Move the Tag slowly around the back of the phone
- Ensure NFC is enabled on Android devices
- Try removing thick phone cases
- Use your Digital QR Code as an alternative

Is the QR code printed?
Your Digital QR Code is digital — download it, display it on your phone, share it online, or print it yourself. A printed QR card is only included if you order the optional printed wallet card add-on.

Same link forever?
Yes — your MyTappo NFC Tag and Digital QR Code point to the same hosted URL while hosting is active. Renew to keep it live. Your Tag never needs reprogramming.
Can I change my details later?
Unlimited updates while hosting is active. Change job title, phone, email, logo, or links at no extra cost via your profile editor.
Why do I see two prices — $41 and $25?
$41 is your first-year total — Charged once. Covers your MyTappo NFC Tag, your Digital QR Code, 12 months of hosting, and postage Australia-wide. $25 is the hosting renewal from year two onwards. Hosting only — there is no second hardware charge. Your tag and link never change, so nothing needs reprogramming.
What happens after 12 months?
We email a reminder before expiry. Renew for $25/year to stay live. Hosting never auto-renews.

Is MyTappo suitable for children?
MyTappo Tags and profiles are intended for business and adult personal use. They are not intended for children under 18. Do not give a Tag to a child under 18 to use unsupervised.
How do I reset my PIN?
- Open Edit my profile and tap Forgot PIN? (or go straight to Reset PIN).
- Enter the mobile number on your MyTappo profile.
- Open the reset link we SMS to that mobile and/or email to your recovery email — use it within 30 minutes.
- Choose a new 6-digit PIN and save.
Use a personal recovery email you can always access — not only a work address.
